Fill 4 of the 5 boxes, press SOLVE, then tap the one you want.
The graph, the story, and the copy buttons appear the moment you do.

Numbers keep U.S. formatting ($ and comma grouping) in every language, so shared results always match.
Longevity
An average for groups of people who answer the way you do — an estimate, never a prediction.

How it works
1
Solve any money question. Fill 4 of the 5 boxes: type a number, tap the box (YRS, RATE, PV, PMT, FV). Press SOLVE, then tap the one you left out. Want a what-if? Change one number and SOLVE again. Everything else stays put.
2
Check growth. Type the old number, press GROWTH Δ%, type the new number, press =. It tells you the percent change. Or park two answers in M1 and M2 and press GROWTH Δ% once to compare them.
3
Share the picture. Every answer draws a graph. Press Copy Image and paste it into a text or email, or Copy Text for the numbers.
M1 and M2 park whatever number is on the screen. They hold it in every calculator, so you can save the Rule of 72 answer, switch to the Wealth Formula, save that one, and press GROWTH Δ% once to compare them — or park the Longevity years and use them as YRS in INCOME GOAL. Hold a memory key to clear it.
Tap TheMoneyBooks logo any time to bring this guide back. C clears the number on the screen. Double-tap C to wipe the boxes (M1 and M2 stay). To zero one box, type 0 and tap it. Tap any box to peek at what is stored there. After you override RETURN or INFLATION, tap the box again to restore the historical rate.
Your keyboard works too: digits, +−×÷, Enter for =, Esc for C.
